Here are the details:

February 25 - March 17 ✨

7:00 – 8:30am Led yoga practice
8:30 – 9am meditation
9-10am Breakfast break
10am – 1pm Yoga Theory
1pm – 3:30pm Lunch break
3:30pm – 5:30pm Workshops, Teaching Practice, Communication skills
5:30-6:00pm sunset break
6:00-7:30pm Evening satsang, philosophy & ethics
7:30pm dinner

There is 1 day off each week where you can relax, enjoy and explore. Take surf lessons, go zip lining, take a boat trip, go horseback riding, get a massage, or simply laze by the pool.

Our 200hr yoga teacher training takes place at a completely private, retreat centre overlooking just 200M from the most lovely quiet beach in Avellanas, Costa Rica. There’s a yoga Shala, pool, philosophy space and individual bungalows for our students. It’s super cute!

Our retreat centre is gorgeous, secure and truly an experience of paradise!

No. It is not required that you know how to do a headstand in order to practice yoga or even come to one of our trainings. In fact 80% of our students can't do headstands before they show up to training... (Or at least they think they can't.)
