Bandhas baby!
Bandha have you heard this word before? The bandhas are a MAJOR element and key piece of mastering your physical yoga practice! Unfortunately the bandhas are often overlooked in studio classes. In today’s bonus video Lauren explains what the bandhas are and HOW to use them.
If you’re journaling today, ask yourself- is there anything I’m locking up in my body or mind that is preventing my energy from flowing freely? If yes, what? Can I take 10-deep breaths today and ask myself to release it?
