Time for self-care
Remember- progress isn’t always 0-100. Sometimes we can slow down and still be moving forward. This is your journey and you can take as much time as you want or need to get where you are going. Getting to our goals is a great reward, but it is on the path to our destination that we learn the most about ourselves, our process and can enjoy the sites along the way.

Today’s practice: Shoulder love with Lauren Rudick
Today’s practice is gentle and sweet. Lauren will take you through her favourite shoulder releasing exercises. If you’ve been working from home or at a desk you probably have some tightness in your shoulders. Sometimes it feels like we carry the weight of the world on our shoulders and backs. This class is all about gently releasing those tight areas to return to wholeness.
