Founder & Director of Yoga Academy International, Lauren Rudick has taught and practiced yoga in over 50 countries. She’s successfully built and scaled a yoga school from the ground up taking in a quarter million dollars in revenue annually between her YTTs, Retreats and Online Yoga programs.
Over the last 15-years, Lauren has built 2 globally recognized brands and positioned herself as a leader in both the yoga and content creator industries.
