Fierce pose or chair pose is a great standing posture that can be included in to almost ANY yoga sequence !

It strengthens the legs and arms, tones the quads and heats up the body!

This pose is also therapeutic for flat feat, can help build stamina AND boost confidence.

Warrior 2 is a great pose for building strength and confidence. It is heating, energizing and grounding.
